How do I track my order?

Once the order its been comfirmed in 24 hours we will email to you the tracking number.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Unfortunately the only way to purchase this product its online throught online store or Amazon.

Does placing an item on my wishlist or cart reserve them?

Putting an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it.

How do I change my order?

Once your order has been validated, you can no longer change its content. However, you may email us at  customerservice@iliryc.com as soon as possible so that we can attempt to help you. Please note, that the preparation time is very short and if you contact us after the 3 hours window, the order may already be processed and shipped.
